Last updated 24 October 2026. These terms cover booking and attending a 1-to-1 consult with me, and using this website. Please read them before you pay.
This website and the consult are provided by Dr Husain, a registered medical doctor in Malaysia. "I", "me" and "my" in these terms mean Dr Husain. "You" means the person booking or attending the consult.
A private 60-minute, one-to-one session with me, on Zoom or in person at Klinik Mekar 24 Jam, Serdang. In person, it includes an InBody body-composition scan.
If, after reading your form, I think your situation needs a specialist first, I'll tell you before we meet and refund your fee in full.
You must be 18 or older and booking for yourself. The consult isn't suitable if you have a serious illness that needs a specialist's care, or if you want rapid weight loss.
I read every form myself before we meet, so I hold that time for you.
Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days. Full details are in the refund policy.
If I think a longer programme would help you, I'll explain it once at the end of the consult, including what it costs and how I'm paid. I may earn from programmes or products I recommend, and I'll say so before recommending anything.
You are under no obligation to buy anything. If you don't need a programme, I'll tell you that too.
Everyone's body and life are different. Any result shown on this website, including my own, is one person's result. I can't promise a particular outcome in weight, body composition or blood results.
Neither of us records the consult, on Zoom or in person, unless we both agree in writing first.
Everything on this website, in the free guide and in my emails is general education, not medical advice for your situation. Please don't copy or republish it without my permission. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the link in each email.
How I handle your information is explained in the privacy policy.
I may decline a booking, or end a consult, if it isn't safe or suitable for you, or if there is abusive or threatening behaviour. If I decline before we meet for a reason that isn't your conduct, I'll refund your fee in full.
I take care to give accurate, useful guidance. To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for a consult is limited to the fee you paid for it, and I'm not liable for loss caused by information you didn't share or advice you chose not to follow.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian law that can't be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to your consult are the ones on this page when you paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
